Dr. Scott Parr and Dr. Tara Frey are both Virginia Beach natives. They went to high school here, and they’re raising families here. Our team cares about this community and the needs of the people in it. Dr. Scott founded The Smile Center himself back in 1989, and since then, our mission has been giving our neighbors a more personalized level of care than what’s available at big corporate offices.
